Real's third annual company-wide retreat will take place at the exquisite Pine Cliffs Resort, nestled along the stunning coastline of the Algarve, in Southern Portugal.

Real is all about bringing our teammates from around the globe together to bond, collaborate, and have some fun. And most importantly, it is our special way for us to say thank you for all of your hard work and dedication.

Welcome to Algarve, Portugal!

Teammates will be arriving throughout the day into FAO Airport, located about 40 minutes from Pine Cliffs Resort.

If you're flying into FAO on this day, a transfer will be arranged for you — full details to come closer to the trip.

AFTERNOON

Leisure Time

Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure. Official hotel check-in time is 4:00PM.

Feel free to explore the property or take some time to rest and relax as the rest of the group arrives.

A buffet lunch will be available in Jardim Colonial from
12:30PM - 3:30PM, for those arriving early.

Welcome Reception @ Mirador Bar

Guests are invited to join us for a pre-dinner mix and mingle at one of Pine Cliffs' most breathtaking venues, Mirador Bar.

This unique terrace bar is situated at the top of the cliffs of Falesia Beach and offers stunning views to kick-off our first evening together! Cocktails and canapés will be served.

"Secret Garden" Welcome Dinner @ Tabu Garden

Following our cocktail reception, the group will be lead to Tabu Garden, a hidden gem nestled among towering pines, where our enchanting Secret Garden themed evening awaits! A plated dinner will be served tonight.

After our afternoon of exploring Faro, we’ll keep the energy going with a lively dinner inspired by Portugal’s beloved Santos Populares festival.

This is sure to be an evening that captures the spirit of summer nights in the Algarve!

Options include a scenic catamaran cruise along the Algarve coast, a nature trek through stunning cliffside trails, a peaceful paddle on the water with a guided kayak and SUP tour, or enjoying the resort's many amenities.

Join us for our final evening together as we celebrate in true Carnival style!

With vibrant energy and festive entertainment, this unforgettable night will be the perfect way to wrap up an incredible retreat.
